Southern Bourbon Whiskey Recipes
South Georgia Eggnog

- 8 Large Eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup -1 cup 13th Colony Southern Bourbon (depending on taste)
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and sugar together over low heat until lemon colored then gradually add southern corn whiskey. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff then fold into egg yolk mixture. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until they hold firm shiny peaks. Fold egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Put vanilla ice cream (you may want to let it sit out awhile to soften) into large serving bowl and pour eggnog over ice cream and serve.
Georgia Julep
- 2 oz. 13th Colony Southern Bourbon
- 1 Tbs. simple syrup
- 2 oz. soda water
- Crushed ice
- 6 Fresh mint leaves
- Mint sprig for garnish
Muddle mint leaves, syrup, and corn whiskey in a glass. Fill glass with ice and stir ingredients together. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
Georgia On My Mind
- 2 oz 13th colony Southern Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 1.5 oz peach nectar (Looza brand)
- 2-3 dashes of Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
- basil
- Place 4 medium-sized fresh basil leaves in a shaker and muddle well.
- Add the liquids.
- Add ice and shake vigorously to chill and blend the flavors.
- Strain into an ice-filled short glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of basil and two thin straws.

Southern Rye Whiskey Recipes
Southern Manhattan
- 2 oz. 13th Colony Southern Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- Dash of bitters
- Cherries for garnish
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with cherries.
The Savannah
2 oz 13th Colony Southern Rye Whiskey
1 oz Dolan Rouge Vermouth de Chambery
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Shake well and serve straight up in a martini glass that has been rinsed with 2 drops of vanilla extract. Garnish with a cherry.

Southern Vodka Recipes
Southern Martini
- 1 1/2 oz. Colony Southern Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 2-3 green olives
Shake Vodka and Vermouth. Put olives on stirer.
Southern Jezebel
2 oz. Southern Vodka
2 ½ oz. Blood Orange Juice
Splash of cola
Combine Southern Vodka and blood orange juice in glass over ice. Top with a splash of cola and blood orange slice for impressive presentation.
Georgia Peach
2 oz. Southern Vodka
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
Orange Slice for garnish
Combine all ingredients over ice in rocks glass and garnish with orange twist.
"Southern" Belle
2 oz. Southern Vodka
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
Cherries for garnish
Combine all ingredients together over ice in tall glass, stir, garnish with cherries.
FRONT PORCH PUNCH
- 3 cups 13th Colony Southern Vodka
- 1 cup Muscadine Syrup
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1 bottle Sparkling Wine
- Stir the first 4 ingredients together.
- Chill for 4 to 5 hours.
- Pour into punch bowl.
- Gently stir in champagne before serving.
Plantation Vodka Recipes
Classic Plantation Martini
3 oz. Plantation Vodka
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
½ oz. olive brine
Olives for garnish
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with olives.

Plantation Lemonade
1½ oz. Plantation Vodka
½ oz. triple sec
2 oz. lemonade (from concentrate)
1 tsp. superfine sugar
Club soda
Lemon twist and for garnish
Combine vodka, triple sec, lemonade and sugar in shaker. Shake and pour over ice in highball glass. Top glass with club soda, and garnish with lemon twist or other favorite fruit.
Covey Rise
1½ oz. Plantation Vodka
1½ oz. Iced Sweet Tea
2 oz. lemonade
Crushed Mint
Lemon twist and for garnish
Combine vodka, sweet tea, and lemonade in tall glass over bed of crushed mint. Garnish with a lemon twist. Perfect for a summer afternoon!
Southern Gin Recipes
Refreshing Mint Lemonade
1 ½ oz. Southern Gin
2 oz. Water
½ oz. lemon juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
Mint leaves
Lemon slice for garnish
Muddle mint with lemon juice and simple syrup, add gin and water, shake and strain into ice filled highball glass. Garnish with lemon slice.
Classic Gin Martini
2 ½ oz. Southern Gin
½ oz. Dry Vermouth
Olive for garnish
Stir ingredients over ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with olive.
Southern Gin Rickey
2 oz. Southern Gin
2 oz. Club Soda
Lemon twist and for garnish
Combine Southern Gin and soda over ice in rocks glass, stir, and garnish with a lemon twist.
Sour Mash Bourbon Recipes
Bourbon Fizz
- 1 oz 13th colony Sour Mash Bourbon
- 0.5oz Merlet Creme de Poire
- 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Rosemary Syrup
- Add ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Top off with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and a lemon twist.
Southern Whiskey Recipes
Hot Toddy
2 oz. 13th Colony Southern Whiskey
0.25 oz. lemon juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 cloves
- Fill a mug with boiling water and let stand for a minute or two to warm.
- Stick cloves into a lemon twist and set aside.
- Empty the mug and fill halfway with fresh boiled water.
- Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Add prepared lemon twist and stir.
- Add lemon juice and Southern Whiskey and stir once more.
